Dr. Sautter received his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University and completed his Post Doctoral Fellowship in
Neuropsychology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He is the past Chair of the Medical & Scientific
Committee of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, past President of the American
Board of Professional Neuropsychology, is on the Community Faculty with the Eastern Virginia Medical School
as an Assistant Professor and has served as an Associate Professor at Regent University, College of
William & Mary, Old Dominion University and Virginia Wesleyan University. He currently serves as the Chair of the non-profit
Table Tennis Charity Foundation.

Dr. Lobos-Nguyen received her Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She has been an
Educational Consultant for the Virginia Department of Education at Children's Hospital of the
King's Daughters since 2004. She is adept at handling a variety of neurological and educational concerns.

Dr. Phillips received his Psy.D. from Regent University, completed his Pre-Doctoral Clinical
Internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Neuropsychology at the
South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas. During his Fellowship, Dr. Phillips
worked in a wide variety of settings providing evaluations for inpatient young adults with severe traumatic brain injuries,
outpatient pre-surgical clearance and differential diagnosis for dementia.
Dr. Phillips is adept at working with a broad spectrum of neurological and psychiatric concerns, and has a passion for
cognitive rehabilitation; providing such services in both individual and group formats.
